4. Purchase process

The purchase process includes product selection, cart review, entry of personal data and shipping address, selection of payment method, and order confirmation.
The sales contract is finalized when the customer receives the order confirmation by email.

8. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products.
