2. Scope of application

This Returns Policy governs the conditions applicable to returns of
products purchased through the website www.intoyou.eu by end consumers.

3. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to
to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to provide justification, in accordance with current regulations.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns will not be accepted for:

• Products for intimate, personal or body use once opened or used
These exceptions are strictly enforced.
