Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our products are guaranteed for 3 years, provided they have been used correctly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at purchases@lovecherry.es and send your item to: Ctra. Catral 61, Callosa de Segura, A, 03360, Spain.

3-year warranty

All our products come with a 3-year warranty. If any of our products malfunctions or fails to function properly within that time, please contact us for a return. Once verified, if the product is indeed defective and the defect is not due to misuse, we will send you a replacement at your expense.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll be notified of your return.

Shipment

To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Ctra. Catral 61, CALLOSA DE SEGURA, A, 03360, Spain.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a product defect within the 3-year warranty period, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product replacement may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
